Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead a retail sales team to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Support in store operations across POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom activities. Drive sales by working with Store Management to achieve personal and team goals, manage day-to-day team tasks, and serve as a brand ambassador. Handle key holder duties including opening/closing and cash handling while adhering to asset protection, inventory, and compliance procedures.
