Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in an operations flow connecting people sending and receiving money between countries, delivering a simple, reliable, and accessible remittance experience.
  • •Collaborate on the evolution of a payments platform integrating channels and partners, prioritizing scalability, resilience, and flexibility.
  • •Design and develop backend solutions ensuring secure, traceable, and consistent transactions aligned with product growth and regulatory requirements.
  • •Monitor product indicators and ensure operational health by preventing, resolving incidents, and continuously improving performance.
  • •Contribute to technology modernization and build high-impact solutions in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, supporting the technical roadmap evolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven backend software engineering experience, preferably with Go, designing and developing scalable application programming interfaces and services.
  • •Translate business needs into robust technical solutions, estimating scope and planning execution with Product and Technology teams.
  • •Experience building and integrating high-impact transactional applications across multiple systems and providers.
  • •Solid knowledge of system design, data persistence, and event processing focused on consistency, traceability, and resiliency.
  • •Experience with monitoring, observability, and incident resolution using metrics, logs, and alerts (e.g., Datadog or New Relic).
