Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global network incident response and operational stability across backbone, data centers, public cloud, Edge/CDN, and network gateways.
  • •Support day-to-day operations for the Non-CN global network infrastructure and lead troubleshooting, mitigation, and service restoration during network failures.
  • •Partner with the 24*7 NOC team as a second-line (L2) operations engineer to maintain continuous global network operations.
  • •Collaborate with network architecture, deployment, and software engineering teams to improve operational tooling, monitoring platforms, and automation systems.
  • •Coordinate with ISPs and vendors to diagnose and resolve network issues, perform post-incident root cause analysis, and drive remediation to prevent recurrence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in network operations, network support, or network engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DHCP, BGP, OSPF/IS-IS, and MPLS technologies.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network incidents under ambiguity with timely response during critical outages.
  • •Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
