Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze regulatory changes related to shareholding disclosures and assess their impact.
  • •Communicate effectively with the team so new regulations are incorporated into day-to-day operations, and oversee accurate BAU execution.
  • •Review system rules used by the team to ensure they cover the full scope of disclosure obligations.
  • •Oversee quality checks by the Control team on monitoring activities.
  • •Operationalize new regulatory changes by creating documentation, rules and processes, training staff, and implementing into daily operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive knowledge of capital markets (equity and fixed income) and shareholding disclosures across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret complex regulations and assess obligations across multiple business lines (e.g., Private Bank, Trust, Global Banking and Markets, Asset Management, Insurance, Retail Banking).
  • •Detailed understanding of the trading life cycle (booking models, source systems, data feed structure) and how it maps to disclosure systems and operational processes.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including 1LOD risk owners and 2LOD regulatory compliance, plus internal legal, audit, COO functions, and global operations.
  • •Risk management knowledge with experience ensuring compliance with regulatory processes and producing regulatory reporting through effective data analysis.
