Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery from framing to production.
  • •Pilot the project using Agile methodology across phases from scoping to go-live.
  • •Lead delivery teams (developers, functional consultants, technical experts) and change management.
  • •Facilitate project governance meetings (Steering Committees, Project Committees) with stakeholders.
  • •Rigorous management of budget, resources, schedules, load plans and risk tracking; advise on ServiceNow evolution strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5, with 5 years of IT experience and 3 years in ServiceNow project management.
  • •Experience on solution integration projects, strong organization and rigor.
  • •Ability to work in a team and strong English communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of Agile methodology; functional/business domain skills are a plus.
  • •Experience leading project teams (developers, functional consultants, technical experts) and change management.
