Key Responsibilities

  • •Own non-prod environment health end-to-end: availability, readiness, and stability, including enforcing environment-ready checklists each sprint or test phase.
  • •Triage, classify, and route non-prod issues with defined severity and SLA targets; ensure each defect is logged in GAB3 with env labels, sprint links, and owners.
  • •Maintain monitoring and observability for non-prod using Splunk/New Relic dashboards and correlate logs across services using trace/session IDs.
  • •Monitor CI/CD pipeline runs, validate non-prod stability before production promotion, and manage non-prod runbooks (restarts, cache clears, data reseeds, pipeline retriggers).
  • •Deliver daily non-prod blocker summaries, manage escalation paths, identify recurring failure patterns, convert operational pain points into GAB3 backlog items, and automate health checks/smoke tests.
