Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support AML investigators and build effective operational processes
  • •Develop operational processes, task allocation, training, and performance management to meet regulatory obligations and risk management goals
  • •Maintain documentation of processes and projects within your area
  • •Measure and improve team KPIs and meet SLAs
  • •Build, lead, and develop the AML operational team and partner with product and compliance teams on operational impacts and efficiency improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Either previous team lead experience or AML investigations experience
  • •Strong ownership of operational management and/or a specific function within AML investigations
  • •Ability to analyse and act on team metrics while supporting area specialists
  • •Proven track record of taking ownership and being a great team-player
