Key Responsibilities

  • •Detect and investigate attempts to misuse Anthropic's AI systems for CBRN-E weapons, pathogens, toxins, or other threats to people, infrastructure, or the environment
  • •Conduct technical investigations using SQL, Python, and other tools to analyze large datasets and trace threat actors
  • •Develop CBRN-E-specific detection capabilities and abuse signals for dual-use research concerns
  • •Create actionable intelligence reports on attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and threat actor TTPs leveraging AI systems
  • •Engage in cross-platform threat analysis grounded in real threat actor behavior, open-source research, and publicly reported programs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Deep domain expertise in biosecurity, chemical defense, chemical/biodefense threats, or related CBRN-E domains
  • •Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and threat detection
  • •Experience with threat actor profiling and threat intelligence frameworks
  • •Hands-on experience with large language models and understanding of AI misuse risks
