Job Summary

Coordinate multiple projects within a large-scale engineering program, driving development and implementation of products or services across functions. Build project support requirements, schedules, and resource plans aligned to development needs, while monitoring team progress and reporting outcomes to program leadership. Maintain project documentation and status accuracy through schedule and documentation control, support internal quality review activities, and lead stakeholder communications in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee multiple projects within a large-scale program, driving engineering development and implementation across functions.
•Develop support requirements (including NRE, IUR, and sample plans) and schedules aligned with project development needs.
•Coordinate project team activities, monitor progress against plans, report outcomes, and recommend adjustments to program leadership.
•Facilitate project system team meetings, manage project communications, track actions (including DCR), and maintain documentation.
•Lead platform quality via an internal review program and manage project schedules/documentation to ensure status accuracy and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
•2+ years of experience in project/program management.
•Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Mandarin.
•Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options.
