Business Development Officer

Own end-to-end supplier contract management for cargo suppliers, including RFP ownership, supplier onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining a compliant repository of contracts and documentation. Use data analysis and visualization to produce MIS reports and executive-ready dashboards for the Customer Experience function. Help develop and improve SOPs, communication frameworks, and governance processes to ensure transparency and operational excellence across the supplier ecosystem.
