Job Summary

Provide timely, efficient processing of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling assigned funds. Deliver a high-quality client experience by engaging customers, uncovering financial needs, and performing standard and more complex transactions with support. Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), help drive sales through outbound calling, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities and branch leadership routines.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging customers and completing complex and standardized transactions.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and referring clients to appropriate specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including compliance with current guidelines.
