Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair work for electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and outlet equipment to ensure safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns, review equipment deficiencies, and take corrective action to meet internal customer requirements.
  • •Coordinate planned preventive maintenance tasks and ensure outlets equipment performs as required to achieve zero downtime.
  • •Conduct maintenance in accordance with SOPs, manufacturer recommendations, and Quality System requirements.
  • •Inspect equipment for safety hazards and maintain well-organized, color-coded shop and storage areas with adequate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant maintenance experience; GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to complete work safely, accurately, and on time.
  • •Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, maintenance schedules, and procedures across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and implement effective corrective actions to resolve maintenance problems promptly.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills, plus a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management and professional qualification in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or Facility Management.
