Conducteur de travaux

Lead on-site construction activities for tertiary-sector projects focused on renovating office spaces, from preliminary design through final acceptance. Review methodologies and execution risks, manage budgets, schedules, profitability targets, and project risks, and coordinate all stakeholders including contractors and facility management. Build and maintain detailed schedules, chair progress meetings, prepare project reporting and HSE documentation, and conduct inspections and close-out including snagging and handover.
