Lead HVAC Technician (Starship)

Maintain and improve critical HVAC systems supporting Starship at SpaceX’s Starbase facilities. You’ll coordinate with maintenance coordinators and engineers to plan and schedule repairs, run preventative maintenance for launch-associated HVAC equipment, and keep systems operating at peak performance. The role also requires ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, executing sitewide reliability processes, and producing detailed repair documentation.
