Manage, grow, and strengthen Orient’s broker network across General and Medical insurance lines. Develop strategic broker partnerships to expand the portfolio, coordinate with brokers and internal teams on renewals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive broker performance through regular reviews, training, portal presentations, and monthly business/performance reporting while supporting credit control issues and building a pipeline of corporate accounts.
