Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and operationalize the dive center, including recruitment, team development, facility readiness, and implementation of systems, processes, and standards.
  • •Ensure safe, efficient, and premium delivery of daily diving and underwater tourism activities with strict adherence to international dive safety standards.
  • •Oversee dive excursions and manage training and certification programs in accordance with training agency standards.
  • •Plan, direct, analyze, and coordinate dive-related sales and retail operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • •Maintain dive center compliance with the DSM Red Sea Global Dive Safety Manual, environmental stewardship requirements, and accurate auditable records.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Certified PADI Instructor.
  • •Minimum of 500 logged dives.
  • •Certified at least 50 students across all core courses.
  • •Proven experience in dive center and/or resort management across multiple geographic locations.
  • •Extensive diving health and safety experience, including dive equipment management and maintenance oversight.
