Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field with 4+ years of product development, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience (preferably in human foods).
  • •Knowledge of common food processes and ingredient functionality/interactions (e.g., starches, hydrocolloids, fats, proteins).
  • •Ability to formulate products across a range of food categories.
  • •Previous laboratory pilot plant and bench top experience in a research food/product development environment (plus).
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, including delivering technical presentations and comprehensive technical reports.
