Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the supply chain resilience program strategy, standards, and governance, including supplier business-continuity and contingency plans.
  • •Design and run tabletop exercises and scenario planning; validate and refresh response playbooks.
  • •Lead incident engagement as a control tower for disruption management, coordinating cross-functional response and recovery.
  • •Manage escalation, communication, and decisions to restore continuity while driving time-to-identify, time-to-escalate, and time-to-recover metrics.

  • •Hands-on experience in crisis management, business continuity, supply chain continuity, or an emergency operations center.
  • •Proven experience leading organizations through actual incidents (e.g., shutdowns, geographic disruptions, supplier failures, cyber-related business continuity events).
  • •Ability to build a resilience or incident-management program or capability from concept through operation.
