Provide courteous guest service while maintaining a clean, safe venue for performances. Circulate throughout shifts to control atmosphere, keep floors clear, and immediately clean spills using proper safety procedures. Perform venue cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping/mopping, restroom cleaning and restocking, polishing hardware, operating a trash compactor, and handling lost-and-found items. Follow standard operating procedures and report repairs and safety hazards to supervisors.
