Job Summary

Facilitate and support learners through Centre of Excellence training programs within the onboarding team. Plan, deliver, and assess learning sessions using interactive methods such as presentations, discussions, group activities, role plays, and simulations. Maintain classroom readiness, assist with Learning Needs Analysis as a subject matter expert, and update attendance, assessments, and evaluations in TR360. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend training content improvements based on findings.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide and support learners throughout training programs to improve knowledge retention and participation.
•Prepare for, conduct, and assess learning programs using interactive instructional techniques (e.g., role plays, simulations, group discussions, videos, presentations).
•Maintain classroom control and ensure a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment.
•Assist with Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) as a subject matter expert and help create practical activities, learning aids, and course materials.
•Update attendance, assessment, and evaluation records in TR360 and periodically monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and ROI.

Key Requirements

•Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or training department.
•Transguard EPT level 4.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Ability to prepare for, conduct, and assess learning programs according to defined learning and session plans.
•Ability to work as a subject matter expert to support Learning Needs Analysis (LNA).
