Job Summary

Provide AV/VC support across multiple client campus sites, covering sick and holiday backfill for onsite staff. Maintain and troubleshoot audio visual and video conferencing equipment, set up and operate AV/VC systems, and support end users. Deliver event support (PA, projection, VC systems) and adapt between team-based or lone-site work, including cross-training and required admin processing. Work involves customer exposure and occasional travel between client locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide AV support across client campus sites, covering backfill for onsite staff holiday, sickness, and absence.
•Provide basic maintenance support for audio visual and video conferencing equipment and systems onsite.
•Set up, operate, and maintain AV/VC equipment.
•Support end users and provide AV/VC support to clients, their staff, and external clients.
•Support events, including set up and operation of PA systems, VC systems, and projection systems.

Key Requirements

•Ability to operate videoconference hardware (Cisco, Webex, Poly etc) and troubleshoot issues such as audio feedback and no video.
•Proven experience operating PA, projection, and room control/booking systems (Crestron/AMX etc).
•Intermediate IT knowledge.
•Maturity under pressure with a focus on excellent customer service across client stakeholders.
•Ability to impart knowledge to less skilled team members and adapt to unfamiliar surroundings.
