Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive operational excellence through the Eaton Business System by leading Lean & Six Sigma CI strategy and roadmaps across all value streams.
  • •Execute continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, IDB, RIE, BPI, Six Sigma) to reduce cost, eliminate waste, and improve customer satisfaction and plant performance metrics.
  • •Build CI capability by delivering training and mentoring, developing Green/Black Belt, and leading CI Council, assessments, and gap closure.
  • •Improve processes, equipment, layouts, workplace design, and product quality, aligning CI to global strategy and defining KPIs.
  • •Lead major projects including CAPEX planning/PMO execution and support product development readiness (including FMEA, industrialization, shop-floor readiness), plus APQP/PPAP, audits, compliance, and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably high mix and dynamic.
  • •Certification in Lean Practitioner or Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma (or equivalent).
  • •Hands-on experience with Lean tools such as 5S+, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Setup Reduction, and Lean Material Flow (LMF).
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings/specifications and support compliance using ISO standards and QMS principles.
