Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor, drive omni-channel and virtual selling, and strengthen clienteling through outreach and loyalty programs. Recruit, develop, and coach a diverse team using KPI targets, ensure brand and visual standards, and oversee key operations including cash handling, schedules, safety, loss prevention, inventory, and live-stream shopping.
