Job Summary

Under close supervision, assemble and test routine electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical sub-assemblies by following operation sequences specified in blueprints, wire lists, and diagrams. Use hand tools such as soldering irons and crimpers, maintain accurate traceability and records, and work with Manufacturing, Quality, and continuous improvement teams to meet daily/monthly production targets while adhering to EH&S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly and build routine sub-assemblies under close supervision.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and mechanical components based on operation and sequence specifications.
•Utilize small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers) during assembly activities.
•Maintain accurate traceability and records while ensuring compliance with process specifications and parameters outlined in SOP.
•Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and continuous improvement teams to meet production targets and support CI/lean manufacturing activities while following EH&S standards.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1–3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Ability to perform routine assembly preparation tasks with multiple skill levels for assembly activities.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing tools and techniques such as CI, Kaizen, and 5S.
