Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with ANZ marketing advisors to define and maintain the annual client event and conference portfolio, confirming scope, priorities, timelines, and success measures.
  • •Develop event delivery plans and standardized procedures to support consistent execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across the event lifecycle.
  • •Independently coordinate end-to-end delivery for assigned events, managing approvals/forms, attendee management, registrations, payments/invoices, scheduling, briefs, trackers/Teams sites, RSVPs, and post-event reporting.
  • •Manage event/conference budget and analyze performance data (attendance, engagement, cost, outcomes) to provide practical recommendations for future improvement.
  • •Coordinate with external suppliers, conference organizers, and industry partners; maintain SharePoint materials and client databases with governance and quality controls.

Key Requirements
