Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - Van Dorn

Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while building and expanding relationships. Recommend financial solutions through consultative conversations, support sales targets, and refer more complex needs to specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending options, complete loan applications, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
