Key Responsibilities

  • •Efficiently process spend requests by creating shopping carts (purchase orders) and setting up and maintaining tracking codes (WBS elements).
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing execution, procurement, compliance, data protection, vendor management, and finance.
  • •Proactively track and communicate the status of requests to ensure timely, successful completion for stakeholders.
  • •Adhere to established processes and policies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • •Prepare reports using SAP systems (CRM/ISP and Ariba) and create business presentations; support continuous improvement by optimizing processes, tools, and data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a regular university student (preferably graduating in 2028).
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills; proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
  • •Strong attention to detail, excellent organization, and analytical thinking with a high commitment to deadlines and work quality.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP systems is a plus.
  • •Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows and craft ethical, effective prompts; stay current with emerging AI tooling and enterprise software.
