Key Responsibilities

  • •Own high-speed SerDes architecture and transistor-level builds to push data rates to 80Gbps and higher.
  • •Drive the full silicon lifecycle from concept and schematic entry through layout, verification, and final silicon characterization.
  • •Optimize deep-submicron analog circuits for peak performance, balancing noise, power, and loop stability.
  • •Partner with layout engineers on floorplanning and high-speed routing to ensure design integrity.

Key Requirements

  • •MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of professional analog build experience with a deep portfolio in FinFET and deep-submicron CMOS processes.
  • •Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and strong simulation skills using Spectre, HSpice, FineSim, or XA.
  • •Expertise in noise analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, and complex loop stability for high-speed data/clock path design.
  • •Proven ability to model, time, and validate both analog and digital circuits for top-level verification.
