Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with senior leadership and revenue-driven teams to plan and execute projects.
  • •Collaborate across departments to drive projects, processes, and high-priority tasks.
  • •Identify deliverable needs from launch through close and proactively manage stakeholders, including executives and project leads.
  • •Identify appropriate stakeholders on new projects and work with third-party vendors to track progress.
  • •Monitor project progress, adapt as needed for successful outcomes, and create detailed technical documentation of errors, issues, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in or strong familiarity with SaaS companies and startup environments, able to operate at startup speed.

  • •Ability to work independently and follow processes with minimal supervision.
