Key Responsibilities

•Lead all store operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of commercial, operational, and customer experience objectives in line with Tryano's luxury standards.
•Drive sales performance and key commercial KPIs, including revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and client development, taking accountability for achieving store targets.
•Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to drive accountability, engagement, and performance across all departments.
•Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Tryano's luxury positioning and delivers exceptional and personalized experiences, with a strong focus on VIP clientele.
•Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, and VM teams to ensure effective execution of assortment strategies, stock optimization, and in-store presentation that maximizes sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8–10 years of retail leadership experience, ideally within luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, or department store environments.

•Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus, given the close engagement with local clientele and VIP customers.
•Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and luxury service standards.
