Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the fiat funding and withdrawal experience for the FCM platform, including customer fund segregation, margin funding flows, and regulatory reporting data.
  • •Select and integrate payment rails based on speed, reversibility, and cost across markets and currencies as the platform grows.
  • •Lead assessments, commercial negotiations, and technical integrations for direct bank partnerships supporting a regulated trading entity.
  • •Build and optimize payment infrastructure across markets to extend fiat access and maintain rail coverage and uptime.
  • •Design and own payment orchestration and routing logic to select optimal rails in real time based on segment, jurisdiction, currency, speed, and risk profile.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10+ years of product leadership with at least 7 focused on payment infrastructure, core banking, or regulated trading/brokerage products.
  • •Direct experience with a CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM, futures broker, or regulated trading platform, including customer fund segregation, margin funding, and regulatory fund-handling obligations.
  • •Deep hands-on knowledge of payment rails across multiple markets (US: ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP; ideally EU: SEPA, SEPA Instant), including reversibility and settlement trade-offs.
  • •Experience building and scaling payment rails and leading payment orchestration/dynamic routing logic in production.
  • •Strong people and stakeholder management across engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and senior leadership.
