Key Responsibilities

•Roadmap Execution: Partner with Customer Success and Support Operations to translate business objectives into technical requirements, serving as both project liaison and lead analyst.
•Orchestration: Gather requirements and design advanced automations to drive speed and efficiency across the post-sales lifecycle.
•Data & Agentic processes: Leverage applications and AI agents to automate lifecycle practices and ensure post-sales teams focus on high-value interactions.
•Cross-Functional Partnership: Liaise between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems to deliver best-in-class user experience and guide project prioritization.
•Systems Governance: Manage data integrity, deduplication, and system audits; document evolving data models and processes to ensure scalability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 246,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst; background in consulting or a high-growth tech company is required.
•Experience at the intersection of technology and business operations in a consulting or high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
•AI expertise with ability to demonstrate AI first principles and show micro-apps built on AI platforms (e.g., Claude, Lovable, n8n, Replit, or equivalent).
•Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and design scalable solutions; data structures across platforms.
•Exceptional ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and deliver projects from inception to hypercare; track record of working with cross-functional teams.
