Support two VPs of Current Scripted Programming and collaborate across NBCUniversal’s TV portfolio (NBC, Peacock). Key Responsibilities

•Keep detailed records for tracking production and creative across a wide variety of shows at a very high volume.
•Ensure all internal records are accurate for programming purposes.
•General administrative duties including, but not limited to: managing heavy phones, scheduling, contact management, expenses, and travel.
•Coordinate conference calls, meetings, table reads and run-throughs.
•Assist in internal communication across NBCUniversal departments and divisions; as well as with external partners in the creative community: networks, other studios, agencies and managers.

Salary: USD 50,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year(s) of on-desk industry experience.
•Professional phone skills, organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.
•Experience supporting executives.
•Knowledge of the TV industry landscape and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Google Docs).
•Flexible, detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to interface with the creative community and NBCUniversal staff; capable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
