Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site supervision of the MWD process including tool preparations, data acquisition, log generation and QC
  • •Learn the LWD service line and support the external customer as a junior team member
  • •Offer technical and operational support applying basic engineering and measurement while drilling principles
  • •Maintain equipment inventory and supervise movement to and from the well site; check equipment and advise on repairs
  • •Maintain computer databases for ongoing jobs, prepare job tickets and end-of-well reports

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required
  • •Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline is preferred
  • •Must have passed company tests or met task guidelines
  • •Ability to read and interpret formation well logs and directional survey data
  • •Must possess relevant on- and offshore safety certificates
