•Strategic Vision: Build and implement a comprehensive People Analytics strategy that aligns with Kraft Heinz goals and enhances HR decision-making.
•Team Management: Lead and mentor the analytics team, guide complex projects, ensure professional development, and foster collaboration with stakeholders.
•Project Prioritization: Oversee prioritization of analytics projects, balancing deep insights with reactive support and tool development to maximize workforce data impact.
•Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with P&P Leads in the Zone and the Global People Analytics Team to align initiatives with business priorities.
•Data Analysis & Tooling: Lead delivery of high-value insights on key metrics (turnover, engagement, retention) and drive adoption of new methodologies and visualization tools.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in managing people analytics or HR analytics teams.
•Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience guiding teams through complex and volatile environments.
•Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Python, SQL, and Excel.
•Experience collaborating with HR leaders and executives to align analytics initiatives with strategic business goals.
•Fluency in English
