Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge the gap between technology and creativity by experimenting with new AI platforms and tools to solve creative briefs.
  • •Rapidly prototype and integrate emerging AI tools into studio workflows.
  • •Analyze creative briefs and formulate tech-enabled solutions to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
  • •Collaborate with creative and technical teams to translate project needs into innovative solutions.
  • •Continuously learn new methodologies and internal studio standards through hands-on training.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong problem-solving mindset with hands-on technology used to tackle creative challenges (advanced node-based proficiency preferred).
  • •Fluency with generative AI tools and platforms; active use or ambassador experience with tools such as Runway, Luma/Dream Machine, Midjourney, Magnific, Krea, Flora, or Figma Weave.
  • •Experience in tech-focused creative environments, startups, or AI innovation labs rather than traditional advertising agencies.
  • •A strong portfolio or public footprint demonstrating experimentation with new tech and AI tools.
  • •Ability to analyze creative briefs and leverage existing or emerging technology to formulate solutions and deliver high-quality outputs.
