Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop architecture and contribute to product definition for on-chip controller and mixed-signal circuitry in NAND FLASH chips.
  • •Perform detailed transistor-level design, create test plans, and support system integration and verification.
  • •Implement portions of RTL design and controller hardware, including firmware code for NAND internal operations.
  • •Execute full-chip Verilog validation to verify controller and circuitry functionality.
  • •Leverage AI-assisted coding techniques to improve efficiency and automate design and analysis workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven knowledge in Verilog and solid digital logic fundamentals.
  • •Basic understanding of analog circuits and experience with mixed-mode design and validation.
  • •Use of design/verification CAD tools such as ncsim, Design Compiler, Formality, and PrimeTime.
  • •Knowledge of TCL or PERL for design/verification workflows.
  • •Experience with non-volatile memory design (NAND in particular) is a strong plus.
