Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and maintain the site’s food safety and quality requirements, ensuring compliance and completion of action plans.
  • •Oversee product sampling, testing, and calibration, supporting release decisions to confirm conformity with specifications.
  • •Investigate quality incidents and complaints using risk assessment and root-cause analysis, and manage corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Plan, perform, and report internal audits and validation activities, including control point validations, and close findings on time.
  • •Provide technical input and deliver quality training and competency assessments to production and operations staff to improve right-first-time performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Food safety/science graduate ready to build a career in food safety and quality.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment with quality risk assessment and food safety exposure.
  • •Understanding of low acid and acid food safety.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a team and influence stakeholders with facts.
  • •High computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PPT).
