Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to tool faults/interlocks and assist in wafer recovery with documentation and communication to process team members.
  • •Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor to ensure priority tools are addressed and PM scheduling is adequately covered.
  • •Resolve unplanned equipment issues and update required documentation; monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals.
  • •Support new equipment introductions and work with engineering on uptime/performance improvements, throughput gains, and reducing wet clean downtime; update SOPs and train other equipment technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Two-year technical degree, or equivalent military experience.
  • •5+ years of direct applicable etch semiconductor experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (highly desired).
