Job Summary

Own day-to-day relationships with mobile gaming advertisers, driving long-term success of their TikTok ad investment. Build and optimize full-funnel campaign strategies using TikTok for Business solutions, improve auction-platform adoption, and deliver data-driven insights from performance and measurement. Partner across business, product, engineering, creative, ad policy, ad operations, and organic teams to troubleshoot issues, support development, and run smooth campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and grow client relationships with mobile gaming advertisers through consultative, long-term business reviews.
•Create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business solutions (organic, branding, brand performance, and performance products) across full-funnel campaigns.
•Increase adoption and engagement of TikTok’s auction platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis.
•Analyze campaign performance data to deliver data-driven insights, improve advertising offerings, and act as a product champion for revenue and adoption.
•Coordinate with product, engineering, creative, measurement partners, ad policy, ad operations, and organic teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful campaign execution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience managing performance-based campaigns across in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media environments.
•Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with strong interest in social media and the gaming industry.
•Experience optimizing campaigns with tracking, attribution, and measurement, including hands-on use of AppsFlyer and Adjust.
•Sales-oriented mindset with account management experience and ability to build trusted client relationships.
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
