Key Responsibilities

•Drive adoption of sustainable product and packaging design strategies across the company, supporting product teams to reduce emissions and improve product circularity.
•Oversee the global product carbon footprint analyses program, providing technical expertise to business units and improving methodologies, reporting, and vendor selection.
•Lead data strategy and governance for PCF readiness by assessing data maturity, defining roadmaps, translating PCF requirements into data specifications, and ensuring methodological consistency via PCRs and standards.
•Partner with supply chain teams and responsible sourcing to improve supplier data for Scope 3 upstream emissions and to develop decarbonization scenario analyses for key commodities.
•Collaborate with engineering, IT, and external experts; manage multiple projects and influence global teams while helping sales and marketing communicate results externally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Education in engineering, environmental science, physics, mathematics, materials science, or a similar subject.
•5–7 years of work experience in product design or product management.
•Experience in a leadership or managerial role.

•Proven track record in the design and development of new products, plus strong verbal communication and project management skills.
