Key Responsibilities

  • •Own group management reporting: consolidation methodology, completeness, and reconciliation with first sources.
  • •Run financial control and expenses: maintain payment/vendor registers, manage budget plan-vs-actual, payment discipline, and liquidity control.
  • •Manage the group corporate structure: maintain legal-entity registers and coordinate end-to-end registration of new companies.
  • •Coordinate external providers (accountants and legal): manage tasks, deadlines, and validate delivered outcomes.
  • •Ensure corporate infrastructure readiness to support international operations and reporting needs across jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in finance, including 1–3 years working with a group of companies across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Built consolidated reporting end-to-end, including completeness and reconciliation with source data.
  • •Hands-on experience onboarding a new legal entity in a bank/EMI/PSP from application to an active account.
  • •Practical experience with corporate service providers and registered agents, including UBO/KYC/AML.
  • •Fluent English and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for building financial models.
