Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure month-end close, monthly review, and flux analysis are completed accurately and on time.
  • •Prepare and approve complex monthly reconciliations, accrual calculations, and journal entries to support accurate financial statements.
  • •Prepare and review accounts payable/accounts receivable subledger reconciliations and coordinate with S2P and O2C to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Perform and review recurring and non-recurring accrual journals and ensure accurate month-end FX revaluation.
  • •Serve as a key contact for internal/external audits, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain control documentation and self-testing remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • •Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in general accounting and 2 years in a global organization.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge focused on US GAAP.
  • •Operational compliance experience in shared services, with audit/control mindset.
  • •Strong English communication and stakeholder management; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
