Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead pathfinding activities for EUV and High NA EUV, identifying roadmap applications where they add value.
  • •Develop and optimize EUV lithography modules within Technology Development while partnering with process integration and adjacent process teams to meet manufacturing requirements.
  • •Partner with defect inspection teams and mask suppliers to establish inspection and quality strategies for EUV masks.
  • •Work with manufacturing sites to align equipment, materials, and process requirements for successful technology transfer.
  • •Support High NA EUV learning and development activities through periodic travel to partner sites and industry collaborators.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 10+ years of semiconductor process experience focused on photolithography; or BS with 15+ years focused on photolithography.
  • •Deep understanding of EUV lithography and how it differs from DUV lithography.
  • •Strong knowledge of 193nm immersion multiple patterning (LELE and SAQP).
  • •Experience with photolithography optics and/or simulation tools such as PROLITH or S-Litho.
  • •Demonstrated success driving technology roadmaps and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
