Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of base, variable, sales incentives, and equity compensation programs.
  • •Oversee job evaluation strategy, methodology, and the end-to-end process; advise on job design, pay decisions, plan interpretations, and evaluations.
  • •Partner on semi-annual compensation planning, including budget development, guidelines, and communications strategy.
  • •Design, administer, and manage incentive plans (annual bonus and sales plans) and coordinate payout processes with Finance, Sales, and Payroll.
  • •Guide compensation analytics and reporting, ensure pay equity and compliance with wage/hour and disclosure laws, and lead compensation audits and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or CCP certification preferred.
  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market pricing tools including MarketPay.
  • •Experience with Workday HCM and the Advanced Compensation module.
  • •Expert Excel and data interpretation skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
