•Own the product strategy and roadmap for analytics and experiments.
•Oversee analytics products (charts, benchmarking, dashboards, predictive LTV) and experiments infrastructure (targeting, A/B testing, rollout management, experiment design).
•Triage and investigate complex data and analytics problems, distilling signal from noise and identifying what growth teams need for experiments.
•Recommend, develop, and maintain benchmarks and metrics, acting as the go-to person when numbers look off.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to bring analytics and experimentation tools to market.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management, technical product engineering, or analytics experience, with meaningful time shipping complex products.

•Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly in written and verbal formats across time zones.
•Ability to act like an owner and thrive in ambiguity, making low-information, high-stakes decisions iteratively.
