Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales and maximize profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the management team.
  • •Manage execution of shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Plan and execute visual merchandising changes, ensuring product recovery/restock/destock aligns with directives and budget/timelines.
  • •Partner on inventory control, reporting, budgets/expenses, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure the business is maintained and maximized.
  • •Lead associates by example, coach/recruit/develop talent, and support open/close store execution in line with visual standards.
