Support ISB/Blowmolding and Injection processes by operating palletizers, strappers, baggers, and blowmolding/injection machines to run short-cycle, repetitive production tasks. Maintain production targets by following safe start-up/shut-down procedures, performing minor adjustments, and inspecting products for quality defects. Follow Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and site safety rules, and collaborate with supervisors and maintenance to resolve machine problems.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Operate blowmolding/injection machines and related equipment (palletizers, strappers, baggers) to achieve high-quality production output.
•Maintain standard production objectives and accurately record production.
•Follow safe start-up and shut-down procedures, and perform minor machinery adjustments using hand movements and simple hand tools.
•Follow Food Safety requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices; inspect products for quality defects and stop production if quality issues occur.
•Maintain housekeeping, use PPE properly, communicate hazards/safety issues, and participate in quality and GMP training/meetings.
