Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high-performance standards and create best-practice models for quality.
  • •Facilitate regular calibration meetings, provide feedback on execution, and ensure knowledge and quality standards are maintained.
  • •Perform daily audits with analysis of errors and feedback to relevant teams.
  • •Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SME and management teams, and conduct RCA escalations.
  • •Conduct policy briefings and support queue moderation, training plan design/implementation, and process improvements across markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a Bachelor’s degree or above (or equivalent).
  • •1-year QA or relevant experience in Trust and Safety/Policy/Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling in a major tech or media company.
  • •Familiarity with up-to-date US News & Entertainment content, culture, and current events.
  • •Understanding of business logic for labeling and how upstream/downstream teams operate.
  • •Familiarity with machine learning and content understanding.
