Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss reporting and variance analysis within deadlines.
  • •Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and cashflow analysis for a portfolio of properties.
  • •Perform daily and monthly revenue, balance sheet, and bank reconciliations.
  • •Review financial performance with Hotel General Managers, Property Owners, and Finance Leadership; provide financial advice and commercial support to operational leaders.
  • •Maintain financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations, while identifying and implementing process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • •Previous experience as a Property Accountant, Hotel Financial Controller or similar finance role.
  • •Strong financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting experience.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability.
  • •Advanced/intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong communication with stakeholders.
